Bob’s Steak & Chop House at La Costa
Welcomes New GM: Seasoned hospitality veteran Greg Van de Velde joins as the new General Manager. Most recently serving as the general manager at San Diego’s Bertrand at Mister A’s, Greg comes with to Bob’s Steak & Chop House with over 20 years of experience. An active member, formerly on the board, of the California Restaurant Association, Greg and his family reside in the La Costa area.
