Soul singer Rebecca Jade hosts an album release show at the Casbah on September 13. Jade has spent part of the past year touring with percussionist Shiela E.’s band, but for this show the focus will be squarely on her band, Rebecca Jade & The Cold Fact and their new album, Running Out of Time. Backed by members of the Redwood Collective, Jade ‘s vocals highlight a slew of great tunes that showcase both excellent songcraft and musicianship. It’s a great bill that also includes Jake Najor & The Moment of Truth, as well as the Euphoria Bass Band.
