Lude Ricard – Veteran Services / Real Estate
I’m a Caribbean transplant who finds myself living and working in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. In 2020, I co-founded Sunnyside Veterans Consulting, a medical consulting firm that helps veterans with their disability claims. As a real estate consultant, my goal is to educate and assist veterans with their real estate needs whether it is first time buyers or seasoned investors. I cultivate a heart of service (something I learned from my parents) and I am passionate about helping veterans across the United States earn the benefits they deserve.
My hobbies and interests are diverse ranging from beach outings, gym, traveling, cooking, dancing, and exploring new places with my family and friends.

I have a wonderful family who I enjoy spending time with. My son is officially a young scholar who appears to love school
Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
My passion is to serve the veterans community at large – particularly local veterans. I have a special place in my heart for Vietnam War veterans
